The Washington Huskies and Danny Sprinkle are very active in the transfer portal right now as they work to rebuild the roster. Sprinkle has an active list and many visitors. Not every interest or visit is confirmed but below is a list of those portal players that have or are coming to Montlake and what they each bring.

Mikey Lewis - St. Mary's

Lewis is a 6'3 sophomore guard who will have a couple of years of eligibility left. He's a high-scoring guard and one of the top portal guards. He averaged 13.9 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per game. According to Jack McCauley of Dawgman, he's going to be visiting soon.

Parker Friedrichsen - Davidson

Another longer guard who averaged 10.8 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game last season for the Davidson Wildcats. He's got one year left to play, as he spent two years at Wake Forest before pulling out a good season at Davidson as a junior.

It shouldn't be surprising that Washington is in the market for guards, as that is one of the biggest needs in the portal. Especially a player who can score from every level. Both Lewis and Friedrichsen can shoot the three.

Drew Fielder - Boise State

Sam Kayser is reporting that Fielder is on his way to visit the Huskies. A longer article was written on Fielder yesterday, and you can read that here. But essentially, he's a high-scoring big man who knows how to play back to the basket and can generate a lot of offense in the paint.

LeJuan Watts - Texas Tech

This player brings a lot of excitement, and Sprinkle has an obvious upper hand in bringing him to Montlake. Watts has a brother who just transferred to the Huskies a few months ago for the football program. This would add a lot of energy to see LeJuan follow him, especially with the need, fit, and opportunity that the Huskies provide. Watts averaged 11.8 points, 6 rebounds, and 2.4 assists.
