A new conference but a familiar face for the Washington Huskies. The final regular season game of the 2024 Washington Husky football season will be against a longtime Pacific Northwest rival as Jedd Fisch and his Washington Huskies hit the road to Eugene, Oregon to meet up with the Oregon Ducks.

That’s right, the Washington Huskies will close out the 2024 regular season with a meeting against a fellow newcomer in the Big Ten Conference as part of a new chapter in this rivalry between the Ducks and Huskies.

This game likely doesn’t draw the same sort of national title attention that the past couple of meetings between the Huskies and the Ducks have, but it’s still going to be interesting to watch to see just how good Washington is and if the Huskies can maintain their winning streak against the Ducks.

Washington has done well over the past couple seasons and the Huskies have been able to beat Oregon three times over the past two seasons, including a thrilling final Pac-12 Conference Championship game. Now they’re both in the Big Ten. And here is what you need to know about this game before the 2024 Washington football season gets going.

Washington Husky football schedule: When is Oregon Ducks vs. Washington Huskies?

  • Who: Washington Huskies vs. Oregon Ducks
  • What: Final regular season game of the 2024 Washington football season
  • When: November 30, 2024
  • Where: Autzen Stadium, Eugene, Oregon

Last year was a remarkably great one for the Huskies, but a lot has changed for the Washington football program from last season to this one. Now, as Jedd Fisch looks to shape this program and continue to build it moving forward, we’ll see how this season plays out. But, due to the turnover, a bit of a step back is expected, even with Fisch being a great coach. That just happens when there’s change.

On the other sideline here, Dan Lanning is building a bit of a juggernaut in Eugene and there’s very good reason to believe that he could cause some problems in the Big Ten this year. The Oregon football program looks like a national title contender heading into this season and it’s safe to say that Fisch and the Huskies could have their work cut out for them in this rivalry game.
