Washington is in desperate need of a top-tier quarterback and fast. After the fiasco with Demond Williams Jr. and the fallout around that, the Huskies are shopping hard for who can be their next star signal caller. On3's Pete Nakos reports that multiple quarterbacks will be visiting Montlake over the next few days.

Here's three options and one dark horse candidate:

1. Sam Leavitt - Arizona State

Leavitt is listed as the No. 1 player in the transfer portal, and he's the top gun-slinger out there. He isn't currently rumored to be going to Washington, but they clearly have the money to pay in the same range. There may be some concerns about how he left Arizona State, especially after what Demond just did to UW, but he would be a sure-fire addition and would fit what Fisch wants to do nicely.

2. DJ Lagway - Florida

Folks are sleeping on Lagway. He's a former top recruit in the country at quarterback, has all the tools and more to be a Heisman winner. He's struggled off and on, but let's be real, look at the situation that was surrounding him and who was whispering in his ear. It's not like Billy Napier is known for being some elite coach. Imagine what Fisch could do with Lagway?

3. Beau Pribula - Missouri

This one has already been reported. Pribula is currently in Seattle and checking out UW. He's not as exciting an option as the other three on this list, but he would fit, and he honestly may end up fitting better than Williams did. He's bigger and stronger and has a better arm. It's another one of those questions: if Fisch had him, would he be elite?

Dark horse: Huson Longstreet

The dark horse candidate is Huson Longstreet. He's a dark horse because he's not even in the portal, but since the end of December, his camp has been floating the idea. He's a 5-star elite player who's now stuck behind Jayden Maiava at USC. The upside is he was one of the top QB recruits in his class; the downside is he's never taken a college snap.
