It’s time once more for fans of the Washington Football team to don purple and support the team. The night of Purple Reign is October 7th against the California Golden Bears.

The Washington Football team is the proud owner of the Purple and Gold uniforms. While you likely have already been donning your purple and gold best each game day, there is one weekend out of each football season where the team asks for the full purple. This weekend is the date. On October 7, 2017, the Washington Football team hosts the California Golden Bears. And the team and the head coach ask fans to support the team in their best Purple attire.

Per the team website, certain sections of the stadium will receive purple pom poms before the game.   The report goes on to suggest that a number of “purple-themed” surprises will mark the game throughout the evening.

If you are running short in purple gear, we have that too. You can click on the link here and select from a number of school colors themed garments.  There is a sale going on now, schedule to end Friday evening, so don’t delay.

Rowing Team recognized

The game will mark the achievement of the 2017 Women’s Rowing National Championship Team and other achievements at halftime and during the game. The Rowing team helped to propel the Pac-12 to 500 National Titles.  It’s no wonder why they call the Pac-12 the “Conference of Champions”.
