On Thursday, January 26th I will be heading down to Tempe for my annual tradition to see the Huskies play the Arizona State Sun Devils. Before the game, I will be interviewing Percy Allen, beat writer for the Washington Men’s Basketball Team for the Seattle Times, for an article I’ll post here at Husky Haul.
I had a chance to meet Percy at last year’s 79-62 blowout of the Sun Devils. It was a game that easily had half the arena full of purple, given the large retiree population in Arizona and the lack of local fan interest. I’m sure it’ll be very similar this year given how badly Herb Sendek’s team is doing.
Anyways, Percy is a really friendly guy and agreed this year to spend a few moments with me for the article. Besides, he owes me a couple of hot dogs and cokes for previous victories in the Pick-the-Score contest he runs at the Seattle Times blog!
What I’d like to know is what YOU the fans of the Huskies and loyal readers of Husky Haul would like me to ask him. You can have me ask questions regarding details of his job or what his impressions of the Huskies have been past and present.
Please go ahead and post your questions in the comments section here and I’ll ask Percy as many of them as I can. You can also twitter me @huskylenz with your questions as well.
