Will Rogers, Jonah Coleman, Denzel Boston, Giles Jackson, and the rest of the Washington Huskies offense will get to figure out a pretty unique challenge this week. On Saturday, at 11 a.m. CT and 9 a.m. PT (get up early, folks), the Washington Huskies will face off against one of the stingiest defenses in the Big Ten as they take on the Iowa Hawkeyes.

And while Rogers, Coleman, Boston, Jackson, and the rest of the UW offense seems to be finding its groove, the Huskies still aren’t scoring a ton of points. And this weekend, they’ll get to meet up with a defense that is holding folks to just 18 points per game.

That’s good for 27th-best in the country. While Iowa’s offense is a huge mess, that Hawkeyes defense is legit. And that’s something the Huskies will need to find a way to account for. How feasible is that to actually accomplish this season?

I guess we’ll find out soon enough.

The Huskies hit a rhythm against the Michigan Wolverines and there seems to be a bit more of an identity to what Washington really wants to do. It remains to be seen if Brennan Carroll’s offense will be able to replicate that sort of success on the road against Iowa and the Hawkeyes defense.

How to watch Washington Huskies vs. Iowa Hawkeyes: Livestream, live stats

Here’s what you need to keep up with the Huskies via a livestream (and some live stats):

This is a huge opportunity for Jedd Fisch and the Huskies. Up to this point in the season, Washington hasn’t won a game away from Husky Stadium yet. The Apple Cup was a disaster and the road trip to Rutgers ended up being a mess as well.

Washington won’t be expected to come out on top of this contest, but they’ve got a chance to prove that last week’s win wasn’t a fluke. The Huskies just can’t afford to not score points if they have opportunities to do so. Easier said than done though, right?
