I'm beginning to think that Jonah Coleman might just be unstoppable. The Washington Huskies running back who followed Jedd Fisch from Tucson, Arizona to come play in the Greatest Setting in College Football has thrived so far.

In the first half of the 2024 Washington Husky football season opener against the Weber State Wildcats, Coleman plowed right through Weber State's defensive front on multiple occasions and he made it clear that he wasn't going to be tackled with ease.

On his first carry of the evening, Coleman ran for 25 yards. That, more or less, set the tone for the kind of performance that Washington was going to get from its star running back to start the 2024 season.

And it's been a lot of fun to watch, to be completely honest.

The Huskies weren't able to get on the board in the first quarter, but Coleman did get the Huskies into the end zone with a pretty powerful rushing performance. As Washington's offensive line took care of every Wildcat in sight, Coleman was able to plunge into the end zone to give the Huskies a 7-0 lead in the second quarter against Weber State.

He's going to be very difficult for opposing defenses to keep up with this season. And that's going to be great for this offense.

You've got to see this touchdown score from Coleman. Here's the first touchdown for the Huskies since the University of Washington made the move out of the Pac-12 and into the Big Ten.

The more that Coleman does stuff like that, the more we're going to see some really impressive touchdowns this season. Also, the more that Coleman does stuff like that, the more attention from defenses that he's going to get.

And that will lead to more play action and misdirection opportunities for Rogers and the offense to take advantage of this season.
