The Washington Huskies had a fantastic week two win against the Eastern Michigan Eagles and the fans were very happy about it.
It didn't start off so hot, and there were some fans with sweat rolling down their brow but the final three quarters were absolutely dominating by the Dawgs. Truly, if there were a few less whistles and they played the starters the whole game the score easily could have been 50+ to 9.
That being said, let's look around Twitter (X) and look at some fan reactions.

Me again. Great win today. ๐ซถ you. You play great defense, and while thereโs imperfections in the first qtr, you are very good at recognizing issues and making adjustments. Thank you for being awesome.
GN! TTYL!
I think Dub'd Up is right about all of that, the love in our hearts, the first quarter being frustrating but maybe most importantly, the defense through two games has been nails. The Huskies have yet to allow a touchdown in a game this season and will look to continue that streak next week.

The Huskies will look to keep rolling next week in a neutral location (Lumen Field) against the rival to the East in the Washington State Cougars. WSU looks like a good program this year and their offense was firing on all cylinders in their game against Texas Tech yesterday.
Imagine giving up touchdowns to lesser teams. I cant. #GoHuskies

We love this one, because it does three things well. First, it shows that we have yet to allow a touchdown and second, it allows an escape clause when we start playing tighter competition. Yet, the best part is, it pooints fun at teams like Oregon who continue to struggle defensively against "lesser school".
Love this team. Keep working squad

That's a wrap for the fan reactions this week. Next week, the Apple Cup will naturally give fans much more to say online about the game and the team. If you see any or you want to post any, feel free to tag us on X, @huskyhaul, we'd love to share yours!
