No. 2: The RB Room

Alright, I'm cheating a bit by going with a trio of guys in the "opposing players" to watch. However, EMU doesn't just run one running back out there, they go with a committee approach. They had two running backs in the first game that had over 10 carries.

Dontae McMillan had 15 carries for 54 yards and Delbert Mimms had 12 carries for 60 yards and a touchdown. The Eagles also had a third RB, Cole Synder, carry the rock six times for a total of 28 yards and a touchdown.

Certainly, this isn't overwhelming success as the totals amount to 33 carries, 142 yards, 2 TDs. However, that's over 4 yards a carry and we know the Huskies struggled to consistently stop the run against Weber St.

This could be a potential problem as EMU is committed to running the football. It's part of their offensive scheme. They ran the ball more than they threw it and are known for trying to ground and pound.
