Yesterday was the first day of workouts at the 2024 NFL Combine and two Washington football talents were present: EDGE Bralen Trice and linebacker Edefuan Ulofoshio.

Bralen Trice posted a 4.72 in the 40-yard dash, accompanied by a swift 1.65-second 10-yard split. His impressive speed and agility were complemented by a reduced physique, weighing in at 245 pounds with a height of 6 feet 3 4/8 inches. He also measured a 32.50-inch arm, 9-inch hand, and a wingspan of 77.62 inches.

While Trice didn't do anything out of this world, he's still a solid top edge rusher in the draft and I expect him to go in the second round of the draft.

On the other hand, Ulofoshio left a lasting impression with a swift 4.56 seconds in the 40-yard dash and an exceptional 1.49-second 10-yard split. Ranking 6th among linebackers in the 40-yard dash, tied for fifth in the 10-yard split, and claiming the top spot in both the vertical jump (39.5 inches) and broad jump (10'8"), Ulofoshio showcased a well-rounded athleticism. His measurements reflected a height of 6 feet 0 4/8 inches, a weight of 236 pounds, an arm length of 32.88 inches, a hand size of 9.25 inches, and an impressive wingspan of 79.62 inches.

Both Trice and Ulofoshio's performances on the first day of workouts positioned them as promising prospects, with Ulofoshio's standout results placing him at the forefront in key aspects among fellow linebackers. I expect his draft stock to rise significantly during the pre-draft process.
