The Washington Huskies football program has officially announced the dates for their 2024 spring football sessions, ushering in a new wave of anticipation among Husky fans.

Commencing on April 2nd, practices will be a regular occurrence on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays until the fifth week, when a notable shift in the routine is slated.

During the fifth week, practices will transition to Mondays and Wednesdays, culminating in an exciting twist as the Spring Game is scheduled for Friday instead of the customary Saturday slot observed in previous years.

Head coach Jedd Fisch, since his initial appointment, has been committed to fostering an inclusive atmosphere. In keeping with this philosophy, Fisch has affirmed that all practices will remain open to the public, offering fans an unparalleled opportunity to witness the team's progress and dynamics in his first season firsthand.

While the dates have been unveiled, the specific times for both practices and the Spring Game are yet to be announced.

The Huskies lost many of their starters after last season and have looked to the 2024 recruiting class and transfer portal to replenish the roster. This spring is expected to see a handful of position battles because of this change. The biggest position battles we could see are at running back, offensive line, and defensive line.

As anticipation builds, fans eagerly await further details to plan their attendance and immerse themselves in the thrilling resurgence of the Washington Huskies football program.
