This season, Keion Brooks Jr. emerged as a standout player for Washington Huskies basketball and earned a well-deserved spot on the Pac-12 All-Conference First Team. 

His impact on the team was undeniable, serving as the leading scorer not only for the Huskies but also for the entire Pac-12 conference, averaging an impressive 21.3 points per game. This stellar performance culminated his college basketball career, showcasing his growth and development over the years.

Washington basketball's Keion Brooks Jr. named to Pac-12 All-Conference First Team

Brooks, a transfer from Kentucky two years ago, immediately made an impact on the Washington squad. His ability to consistently put up 20 points in a league-best 23 games underscored his offensive prowess and reliability as a go-to scorer for his team. His scoring efficiency was remarkable, shooting 49% overall from the field and significantly improving his three-point shooting to 37%, a substantial jump from his previous best of 28%.

Beyond scoring, Brooks also contributed on the boards, averaging 6.8 rebounds per game, further solidifying his presence in the paint. His well-rounded performance earned him recognition as one of the top players in college basketball, being named a top-40 candidate for prestigious awards like the USBWA Oscar Robertson Trophy and All-America Watch List. He is also a top-five finalist for the Julius Erving Award.
