3 Worst head coach hires in Washington football history

Washington football just lost a coach who was very successful in a short amount of time. Washington has had a lot of successful coaches, but what about the ones that weren't so successful?

Washington lost Kalen DeBoer earlier in the year as he took the job at Alabama after the legendary Nick Saban retired. Washington was working on an extension that would have made DeBoer one of the top-paid coaches in college football. DeBoer was someone they wanted around for a long time due to his success.

The Huskies have had a lot of coaches who have been successful and then moved on to be successful in other places. One name that comes to mind is Steve Sarkisian who is currently the head coach at Texas.

So what about the coaches that didn't do so well? What happened to them and why did they last as long as they did at Washington? Here is my list of the three worst head coach hires in Washington football history.
