Two weeks into the 2024 Washington Huskies season and we’ve already seen two solid wins for Jedd Fisch and the 2024 Washington Husky football team. It’s hard to complain too much when your favorite team just keeps winning. 

So far in 2024, that’s the case for the Huskies.

In week two, the Washington Huskies hosted the Eastern Michigan Eagles and came out on top by a score of 30-9. That’s really solid. EMU isn’t the most impressive team ever, but it’s never a bad thing to go out and get a 21-point win as your roster is continuing to gel and get up to speed on the specific schemes that they’re running.

While the Huskies have been perfect in terms of their record, there have been a few minor blemishes that have happened on the field that are worth discussing a bit. We’re two weeks in, we’ve seen eight quarters of play, and there are a few things that we can learn and take away from the Huskies’ week two win. 

For example, the whole deal with not scoring in the first quarter sure seems like something to pay attention to, but it’s still early.

Also, that’s something that we should consider with all of this, the sample size is still really, really small because we are only two weeks into this season. With that little acknowledgement in mind, here are three things we learned in week two.
