The Washington Huskies vs. Demond Williams Jr. saga just took a wild twist, and yet maybe a necessary one. Amber Fisch, the wife of head coach Jedd Fisch, has joined the conversation. She replied on a Barstool Sports account about the Demond Williams Jr. transfer with a scathing blast of the quarterback for what he did to Washington.
She wrote, "Announces during a funeral of an athlete at [the] University of Washington, how disgusting! While all of his other teammates were at the funeral!"

If you were worried that Amber didn't care about Jedd Fisch's profession or the Washington Huskies, you can check that off the list right now. She's worked up enough about it to not only call the actions of Williams disgusting but to publicly blast him. Honestly, rightfully so. She says what all Husky fans are feeling right now.
It was a low blow by Williams to not only stab Fisch and Washington in the back, just four days after signing a binding contract. But to do it at such a terrible time, during a memorial service for a Washington athlete who died from kidney cancer. Could it not have waited another hour? Or did Williams want so bad to be the villain that he went all the way in? That's what it seems like.
Fisch is clearly frustrated enough to take Williams and most likely LSU (if that ends up being the tampering school) to court. His wife is joining him in the frustration and is backing him up in all this.
It's a mess, it's ugly, and the way everything went down is, to use Amber's words: "disgusting." And really, it's just the tip of the iceberg, so much more will happen in the coming days around this drama-filled saga.
