The Washington Huskies are about to face one of the best teams in the Big Ten as well as the country when they hit the road to Columbus, Ohio to meet up with the Ohio State Buckeyes. This is arguably the toughest test that Washington will have faced up to this point and UW will almost certainly need a few lucky breaks to come out on top of this one.

Unfortunately for the Huskies, they’re on a bit of a rough stretch right now. Things simply haven’t gone Washington’s way lately and the Huskies are in desperate need of a win to get this season back on track. And unfortunately, a win against Ohio State just isn’t likely.

It is, theoretically, possible though. And here’s to hoping for a win in this Big Ten matchup between the Huskies and the Buckeyes.

Let’s quickly go over everything you need to watch this matchup.

Tina Langley’s Huskies are entering this matchup as they hope to end a two-game losing streak that started with a frustrating, 24-point loss against the Iowa Hawkeyes and then a close, heartbreaking 3-point loss against the Indiana Hoosiers.

And Washington will get the fun opportunity of trying to score against an Ohio State Buckeyes defense that limits opponents to just 59 points per game. Oh, and it’s worth noting that the Buckeyes don’t have a single loss at home. They’ve posted a perfect 10-0 record in Columbus this season. Washington will certainly have its hands full in this game.
