Tina Langley and the Washington Huskies women’s basketball team are gearing up for the 2024-2025 Washington Huskies women’s basketball season. And with that comes the preparation for a number of home games hosted at Alaska Airlines Arena.

A lot of new things will be observed this season. Langley, who is heading into her fourth season at the helm in Seattle, is tasked with leading the Huskies into a new era in the Big Ten. That means we’ll get to see a bunch of teams from the Midwest (and a few from the East Coast) travel all the way to Seattle and Alaska Airlines Arena to face off against the Huskies.

But, just how many home games will the Huskies have this go round as the team enters its first-ever season in the Big Ten?

Washington Huskies women’s basketball schedule features 20 home games

There will be a grand total of 20 home games hosted in Alaska Airlines Arena during the 2024-2025 Washington Huskies basketball schedule. That means you’ve got 20 chances to check out the Huskies hosting folks during their first season in the Big Ten.

The Huskies will get the season started with a four-game non-conference stretch of games as they host Seattle on November 4, Pacific on November 7, Siena on November 10, and Eastern Washington on November 14.

That slate of home games should give Langley and her Huskies plenty of opportunities to build some momentum and get a few solid wins on their resume to get the season started. Momentum matters and these games should be the perfect opportunity to build some confidence early on this season.

Washington’s first home Big Ten conference game will be on Sunday, December 8 as the Huskies welcome the UCLA Bruins to Seattle. After that, the next Big Ten conference home game for the Huskies will be on Tuesday, January 7.

Washington’s final home game of the season will be against the Oregon Ducks on Sunday, March 2.
