The now No. 23 Washington Huskies will be back in action this Saturday following a Week 10 bye, as their march to College Football Playoff contention officially begins. The Dawgs will head east to Madison to take on the 2-6 Wisconsin Badgers, considered the worst team in the Big Ten.

But the Huskies can't sleepwalk into this one. Any team can win in any given week in this conference, and cross-country road trips are never easy. The Badgers are coming off their own bye after testing No. 6 Oregon in a 21-7 contest at Autzen Stadium. They'll be putting forth their best effort to earn the upset victory.

Where to watch Washington vs Wisconsin on TV

The Huskies and Badgers will square off at 1:30 p.m. PT, and will be shown on the Big Ten Network as part of a Fox Sports subscription. Another favorable kickoff time for the Huskies, hopefully no more 9 a.m. or 8 p.m. games ever again!

What is the series history between Washington and Wisconsin?

The two universities that pop up when you google "UW" have faced off four times throughout history, with Washington reigning superior -- winning all four times. However, it's been awhile since the two have played each other. Their last matchup was in 1992, when the Huskies won 27-10 at Husky Stadium.

Prior to that, the other three games were played in the 1960s, including a Washington victory in the 1960 Rose Bowl by a score of 44-8 -- the largest margin of victory in the series. This will be the first conference matchup between the programs since Washington joined the Big Ten a season ago.

What is the weather expected to be for Washington vs Wisconsin?

You'd expect the Midwest weather to be below freezing with bone-dry air at this time of year, but Madison will actually be a lot more like Seattle for Saturday's game. The temperatures project to be in the forties, with cloudy skies and an 80% chance of rain. It will likely be lighter rain than what we're used to in the Pacific Northwest, but still, conditions that the Huskies should be more than comfortable with playing in.

What are the odds for Washington vs Wisconsin?

Washington is currently favored by a comfortable 11.5 points on the road, but that's arguably still a bit low considering both teams' track records. The total over/under for the game is set at 45.5 points, so oddsmakers are thinking this game's final score will be something like 28-17 in favor of the Dawgs. -430 odds for Washington's moneyline, +330 for Wisconsin's.
