What a way to make a bit of a statement, huh? Tina Langley and her Washington Huskies women’s basketball team hit the road for the second time in as many games and managed to be at 20-win Minnesota Golden Gophers team in their own stadium.
I repeat, what a way to make a bit of a statement, huh?
Langley and the Huskies have now won three games in a row and all three of those games have been won by double digit margins of victory. While this season hasn’t exactly been as great as what some fans likely wanted it to be, this recent stretch has been a lot of fun and beating Minnesota like this to continue that winning streak is great.

Washington’s next game is against the Oregon Ducks and while I once thought that there was no way that game would possibly end up in anything other than disaster given how the season was going for UW just a week or so ago, that game is starting to feel more and more (theoretically) winnable. Can it be Sunday already?
