Jordan Lolohea

The biggest wildcard in the shuffle is Jordan Lolohea. He committed to Washington with the class of 2017, but deferred his enrollment to go on a two year church mission. Coming in at 271 pounds, he looks like he’d start off as an edge setter and run defender.

It’s hard to project a lot for Lolohea at the moment, because we need to see if he’s physically ready to play football. There’s a lot of conditioning and getting up to speed after two years of not hitting anyone. For that reason, Lolohea is probably the person outside of the quarterbacks who’s been affected the most by not having spring practices.

This is an exciting group to think about, and with what the Huskies have in the middle, they’re going to have a lot of opportunities to shine off the edge.
