Wide Receivers

The receiver position is probably where we’ll see the most bodies rotated in and out over the year, and it’ll probably look the most different by the end of the season. The most noticeable thing on first look, is the lack of size. Second is that it’s dominated by upper classmen. Ty Jones, who is currently still in a sling and wearing a cast, is the tallest player at the position at 6’4. He’s also listed second on the depth chart, behind senior starters Aaron Fuller, Andre Baccellia, and Chico McClatcher. Senior Quinten Pounds and redshirt sophomore Terrell Bynum are the other two members of the two deep.

This will probably have the most rotation in it by the end of the year, as we should expect Austin Osborne and Trey Lowe to be major contributors by the end of the season, and Puka Nacua should also see some action, even if it’s just garbage time, they have to find a way to get him on the field.
