Inside Linebackers

The Huskies took two incredible inside linebackers during the 2019 recruiting cycle, and Daniel Heimuli or Josh Calvert would definitely be the safest bets to burn their redshirt. Calvert impressed during the spring preview while playing with the second-team defense, and Heimuli is a big-time player who could make a similar impact over the summer. It wouldn’t be a surprise if one (or both) of them make multiple starts for the Huskies in 2019 next to Brandon Wellington.
