Washington football lost a lot of key contributors, especially on defense. Which of the redshirt freshmen will be able to step up in 2019?

In 2018, Washington football pulled in the 16th ranked recruiting class, according to 247 Sports. Most of the recruits didn’t see the field during the season, and those who did saw very limited action, mainly on special teams.

The Huskies are losing nine starters on defense, as well as their starting quarterback and running back in Jake Browning and Myles Gaskin.

There are a lot of exciting players from this class, but some of them might have to wait another year to get their opportunity. But, which of the top recruits could carve out a major role for themselves in 2019?
