Leading the way
Leadership starts with the battle inside. His level of maturity is natural, it’s something Hopkins cannot coach into him. Coach Hopkins, for all his success, runs a system that depends heavily on upper classmen mentoring underclassmen. That translates the teachings of one coach into the minds of several players. From those players, it is passed on to other players. The trick is to get the right players. Thybulle is certainly one who is a standout on the court and off the court.
