More on the move

Still, there are some very important prospects on the move right now. One name the nation is following if former Georgia quarterback Jacob Eason. After injury, he lost an opportunity to play for the Bulldogs. And with another top recruit coming in, Eason wisely chose to transfer. But to where?

Eason’s short list

Reports have placed the University of Washington atop a very short list of Pac-12 football programs. While the initial reaction to Eason’s arrival would be “where will the team put all those quarterbacks?”, Eason will not be eligible to play until the 2019 season. Meanwhile quarterback Jake Browning will surely start his senior and final season.  That means the Huskies will have an incredibly heated quarterback competition for that 2019, with a possible Eason arriving to compete with both incoming quarterbacks Jacob Sirmon and Colson Yankoff.
