Hot summer

So far the 2018 recruiting class has primarily focused on offensive skill positions. The results so far are phenomenal. Let’s discuss the positions of recruits so far.

Quarterback                            Wide Receiver
QB Jacob Sirmon                     WR Marquis Spiker
QB Colson Yankoff                  WR Austin Osborne
WR Devin Culp
Running Back                          Offensive Lineman
APB Trey Lowe                        OT Matteo Mele

Defensive Lineman                Linebacker
SDE Draco Bynum                   OLB Jack Sirmon

Holes to fill

So far, the team needs to bolster depth on defense and in the trenches.    That could be picking up.  Offensive guard Victor Curne from Houston Texas is scheduling an unofficial visit to Washington. He recently earned a scholarship offer from the University of Washington on June 1, 2017.

Right now, he projects as a solid fit on the offensive line. In the likelihood of Washington losing both Andrew Kirkland and Trey Adams at season’s end, Curne will find an immediate role to fill on the team roster.
