III. WNBA Season Starts Saturday, May 13 and runs through Sunday, Sep 3

The WNBA season runs parallel to that of Major League Baseball. In short, it begins in spring and ends in summer.  As such, it will conclude just as the UW Huskies football season begins to get interesting.

    • But there is more to the fact than just boredom.  The WNBA is an exciting basketball option.  And it’s been around for over two decades. But like many sports alternatives, we gravitate to the NBA, and few even consider the WNBA as an option.
