The ultimate goal is the 2017 NFL Draft. To get there, University of Washington wide receiver John Ross III is attending the NFL Combine. The NFL combine sets the stage for prospects to get the attention of the nation. On one hand, University of Washington John Ross III is one such player. On the other hand, showcasing his talents on the west coast meant that his “primetime” was late.  His games were typically bedtime for the millions who watch NCAA football on the east coast.

In conclusion, wide receiver John Ross III instantly became a household name.  That is all thanks to the NFL Combine.   He set an NFL Combine record by running 4.22 in the 40-yard dash.  In the same day, he inked his name to a contract with Nike.
