Washington Huskies Get 8 Commitments

Steve Sarkisian and Tosh Lupoi had their most profitable day together at UW, as eight recruits pledged their commitments to Washington today following a camp on campus for recruits.

Per Scout’s Greg Biggins, here’s ‘The Husky Haul’ that UW grabbed today:
WR Rahshead Johnson
WR Demorea Stringfellow
DL Andrew Basham
DL Daeshon Hall
DL Elijah Qualls
OL Poasi Moala
LB Caleb Tucker
RB Lavon Coleman

Not only was it a big day for the coaching staff of the Huskies and the eight committed players, but for UW’s committed quarterback Troy Williams, it was a pretty special day to be on campus. He told Biggins that he’s “pumped up” as a result of signing eight commitments, which shows that he’s already becoming the vocal leader the Huskies will need to replace Keith Price when the time comes.

Biggins also spoke to some of the men of the day, about their commitments:

The Huskies now have 15 commitments to the class of 2013, which contains four 4-star commits, anchored by the aforementioned Troy Williams and Demorea Stringfellow.

We’ll have more on the big day at Montlake shortly, so stay tuned to The Husky Haul on Twitter and like us on Facebook below.
