Poll: Biggest X-Factor for Next Season
By Mark Knight
Recently, I did a blog post stating the reasons why Desmond Simmons is the biggest X-Factor on the team coming into the 2011-2012 season. Primarily because of his ability to play the 3 and 4 and defend everything from the 3 to the 5. However, I have been hearing from others that there are other guys on the team that are the X-Factor for next season’s success.
This makes sense; if Abdul Gaddy comes back next season at 100% and plays like he is capable of, he would certainly qualify as the X-Factor.
If Terrence Ross goes off like many assume he will next year; he obviously has the potential to be that X-Factor especially at about 6’6.
You could make the case for Jernard Jarreau, Tony Wroten Jr., Aziz N’Diaye, or even Scott Suggs. In fact, a case could easily be made for almost anyone on the team.
Who do you think is the biggest X-Factor for Husky Hoops in 2011-2012? note: this isn’t an MVP award but a player that makes the biggest impact on the team.
