UW Interested in Two International Recruits

There are two more names that have popped up recently and this time they are international players and both play for the same academy in Spain.
According to Eurohopes.com, Huskies assistant coach Paul Fortier was in Spain at Canarias Basketball Academy evaluating and recruiting both Marek Soucek and Johan Van Zegeren. Both players would be part of the 2011 recruiting class as they are listed as post-graduate players.
Marek Soucek is a 7’0, 235 pound Center who is known for his strength in the paint and his offensive aggressiveness. Soucek has 5 schools rumored to be recruiting his services; Maryland, Seton Hall, Washington, Gonzaga, and Utah State.
Johan Van Zegeren is a 6’10 Power Forward/Center that is really aggressive in rebounding and shot blocking. He also has about 5 schools that are interested in his services; Washington, South Alabama, Seton Hall, Providence, Tulane, and Portland.
