facebooktwitterreddit

Height– 6’1
Weight– 225
Position– Line-backer

HS Stats

– He spent a semester at Southwestern College in Chula Vista, CA and was immediately offered scholarships for a variety of different universities. In his senior year of high school, Tutogi averaged 12.7 tackles a game, with 140 total tackles. He had 1 sack, 1 forced fumble, and 1 interception.

Style of Play– A ball hawk. He is always around the ball, when he is not getting the tackle he is the next man in.

Strengths– He has the right frame and size to be a great middle linebacker. His instincts are amazing and he seems to always find himself attacking the ball-carrier.

Weaknesses– He isn’t amazingly fast or explosive. He can also get caught in blocks, needs to work on shedding those off.

Potential– He is rated as a 3 star prospect and could find himself developing into a real impressive player at the DIV-1 level.

Projected Usage- He will be a few deep on the depth chart this year, though with the high need of linebacker he may find a little bit of playing time in the upcoming season. He should find plenty of time in the special teams unit.
