After growing up in Snohomish, WA, Evan moved to Phoenix, AZ to focus his studies on journalism at Arizona State University. He was raised to bleed purple and gold but now a little maroon and gold slips its way in there. After four years at ASU, he hopes to go into sports journalism, preferably back in Seattle.
